使用內建指令$gameScreen.changeWeather(type, power, duration)
type in ["none", "rain", "storm", "snow"].
power 強度 0~9
duration 轉換間隔(毫秒)
可以與MOG_Weather_EX.js搭配進行捆包天氣特效轉換
